28 nomad is a contemporary Asian restaurant in NoMad, shaped by the experience of two partners who grew up between cultures. Originally from Korea and China, and trained in New York’s fine dining scene, the restaurant brings together different influences into something that feels distinctly personal rather than defined by a single cuisine.

 

The menu is seasonal, drawing from a range of ingredients and techniques, and evolves throughout the year. The beverage program is centered around a focused wine list, alongside a concise selection of cocktails and beer.
